RMA request
All instruments sent back to Sisgeo for repair, maintenance, or calibration must have a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) from Sisgeo.

Sisgeo will not accept repair and maintenance packages sent without an RMA code.
Preliminary analysis
The quotation will be issued according to the preliminary analysis held in Sisgeo's labs.
Sisgeo reserves the right to modify the total amount during the repair activities prior notification to the Customer.
Quotation not accepted
In case no problem is found on instruments or if the Customer does not accept the quotation, Sisgeo will charge 100,00 € for inspection costs, and 50,00 € for every additional week of storage.
In case the material is evaluated irreparable the Customer will have two options:
- return the material at Customer's charge invoicing € 100,00 for inspection costs;
- scrap the material in Sisgeo invoicing €150 for inspection costs and disposal procedure.
Warranty
12 (twelve) months only on the substituted components (batteries excluded)
Timing
Standard time for inspection and offer issuing is 10/15 working days.
Same-day repairs are not carried out and it is not possible to book a specific day for maintenance.
Instruments shipment
To avoid problems or delays, we recommend you to use only express couriers with a door-to-door service.
If possible DO NOT use the postal service.
