FAQ#100 - How can I request a Compliance Certificate copy?

Please proceed to request a Compliance Certificate copy at the following link https://support.sisgeo.com/hc/en-us  and then follow these steps:

• click on SUPPORT

1. If you already have a support account 

• click on LOGIN, insert your credentials and log in
• once logged click on ASK A COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE COPY and proceed to carefully fill in the form.
• click on SEND

2. If you don't have a support account

• click on ASK A COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE COPY and proceed to carefully fill in the form 
• click on SEND

 At the end of these steps, you will receive an email with the requested documents.

Please remember that, starting from November 2019, the Compliance Certificates are sent exclusively by email to the address agreed on the order, and a paper copy won't be enclosed anymore in the shipment's boxes.
