FAQ#99 - Calibration Report copy request

Starting from end of 2018, calibration reports are sent, in electronic format, after the shipment of the instrumentation, to the email addresses indicated by the Customer to the relevant salesperson when placing the order.

The sending of calibration reports' copies is done by one of our operators (it is not an automatic sending), so we suggest, in order to save time, to communicate in advance all the relevant addresses to which the documents should be sent after the shipment of the instrumentation.

Electronic copies of calibration reports are sent free of charge by e-mail (if still available in the database) by requesting them using the procedure below .

If they should only be available in hard copy or very old, please contact us to check the possibility of having "new copies" of old certificates, and the price of the service.

For each additional copy of a document requested WITHIN SIX MONTHS of the original submission, €50/certificate will be charged.

Please proceed to request a Calibration Report copy at the following link https://support.sisgeo.com/hc/en-us  and then follow these steps:

• click on SUPPORT

1. If you already have a support account 

• click on LOGIN, insert your credentials and log in
• once logged click on ASK A CALIBRATION REPORT COPY and proceed to carefully fill in the form.
• click on SEND

2. If you don't have a support account

• click on ASK A CALIBRATION REPORT COPY and proceed to carefully fill in the form 
• click on SEND

 At the end of these steps, you will receive an email with the requested documents.
