The returned instruments shall be authorized in advance by our operators and have an RMA code.
Please proceed to request the RMA at the following link https://support.sisgeo.com/hc/en-us and then follow these steps:
- If you already have a support account
- click on SUPPORT
- click on LOGIN, insert your credentials and log in
- once logged click on REQUEST A NEW RMA and proceed to carefully fill in the form (your credentials will be automatically entered into the form).
- click on SEND
2. If you don't have a support account
- click on SUPPORT
- click on REQUEST A NEW RMA and proceed to carefully fill in the form
- click on SEND
Once approved, you will receive an email with further shipment instructions and the label to be used for the return shipment (always at your charge).
Please consider that every instrument/device without an RMA code will be rejected.
