Verify that the mobile phone/tablet used does have the minimum required features:
Bluetooth Low Energy BLE 4.2
APPLE iOS 14 or higher
Android OS 9 (suggested Android OS 10 or higher)
Then please check that the mobile phone/tablet has Bluetooth on and that the MIND unit has a sufficiently charged battery.
